OUR ROASTING PROCESS
At UBR Cafe, our bean roasting process begins with green coffee beans loaded into our artisan roasters. Our roaster applies heat, causing the beans to gradually change colour, release moisture, and expand. During this process, the beans undergo chemical changes, developing their characteristic, flavour and aroma. Once the beans reach the desired roast level, they are cooled and ready for packaging. The result? A perfect roast every time with rich flavour and aroma.
